I accidently pressed cancel when I was supposed to receive my free card. Is there anything I can do about this? Or am I :D?

Submit a ticket and the support team should be able to assist you with this.

I never got the option to pick a card but I sent in a ticket and it was straightened out for me! I highly suggest you do the same. :D

Wow I sent in a ticket 4 days ago and still have not heard anything back. I even gave them Screen Shots to prove my case.

If you think about it, it's not weird that they are super-backed up on their tickets.

They have what, a few thousand players, and they all send multiple tickets because we "demand" help.


Then there's bot reports.. akes you wonder how small of a team they really have. 200 new tickets a week maybe, with 100 old ones that need user response and maybe 70 bot reports and other requests.

I'm just guessing here though~!


You can just imagine the stress they have. And in most they even apologize for huge delays. I don't want apologies, I want a gm team that says "your character has been completed with it's name change, if there's any problems open this ticket again. Other than that, enjoy your new name!"

Thanks for the reply, I already submitted a ticket. Hopefully this will be resolved, I needed a phen card for my magic ninja. :D
