Ok, so I only recently returned from a RO hiatus, and I'm curious. How does reducing Gfist casting time work now?
I've been told in the past that Puente Robe works to reduce Gfist/zen casting times, and though it only appears a negligible decrease, with Sacramente it is much more profound. Is there any other way, in addition to Puente gear-wise, to reduce it's casting time? Do expert Rings work to this effect? I know my old Dark Illusion carded hat does not, but I figured that may not apply to all items.

Expert Rings reduce aftercast delay. Not cast time.

Most skills are a larger part variable cast (what dex/int reduce) and a smaller part fixed cast (which stats don't reduce). A lesser amount of skills are all variable or all fixed.
Variable reduction: dex/int, %cast reduction on gear that doesn't specifically say fixed cast, strings
Fixed cast reduction: secrament, dances with wargs

The issue here being I don't want fists. So I suppose the answer to my question is a resounding "No".
