The turn in events can be exclusive though. With a exp event everyone gets to participate.you guys and your exp event, I would much rather have a dragon or titan kill count put in.
Another envisioning is that on a turn in event you are forced to level certain chars, and on an exp event you can lvl what ever you want.
I'd go for either one right about now.

Would change RO to a multiplayer game for the time it would last.
Could be a bit broken, if there is nothing done additionally to prevent leeching, but I don't think they know the programming required to achieve this without help from kro.

The last dragon evnet, we had people in my party that just stood there because they could not pull not kill. We had peopel that could kill and people that could pull. Of cours this is in guild, so we are more then happy to help. Now tell me who gets left out. No one gets left out of a turn in only event., unless you are a total jackass of a guild leader and wont let people in.

Ummm.. newer players who are not in a guild yet or who haven't made it to the required lvl for the turn in. It seems a lot better with renewal where every class has some sort of use. Not every player has an In with a well developed guild that can compensate for them. By standing around do you mean they were your guildies alts or just random pickup players that you just invited to the guild. The last dragon evnet, we had people in my party that just stood there because they could not pull not kill. the last dragon event we didnt have many not able to be there. Didnt matter if they were new to us or not with us at all, if we had room for people they were invited. Most of the time the party was full of guildies and some alts. We are not mean and only take people that are usefull.
This is actually how it goes for most guild parties... if there is room and a non guildie wants in (usually if they are guildless or lower level or on a char that is hard to level they have a better chance) you put them in and they stay in unless they prove to be useless (afk/mess up party) or rude (ks/general stupidity)
