Hello everyone! I am a new player and I have been perusing some old forums and wiki's trying to understand how to build my character. But I came across a few sites that says on Valkyrie I need a reset stone to transcend or go into my 3rd class choice. I don't know if this is outdated information or not, but I don't know what a reset stone is or what it does, if anyone can help clearify the matter I would be much appreciative.

You don't need a reset stone to transcend, only to go 3rd class. If you have VIP you don't need one to go 3rd.

Thanks for the quick reply! I think the better deal is to just pick up VIP, but I haven't gotten my WP yet I don't know how long it takes to get it after paying with Paypal lol.

only if you are a credit card listed. they will charge your bank account, but without a credit card to back it up just in case there isn't enough funds it will take longer.
my credit card expired the one time and didn't have the new one yet and it took me about a week to 14 days before it went through. that is kinda how I got a 2nd account. Still had the 15 free days back then.
