I just recently did a char server transfer from valk to ygg and I'm missing my crown of deceit.. WTF! are they allowed to take away items from me that I work for?...who knows what else was taken I didn't take a pic of everything before hand <_< can I send in a ticket or can they really do this?

Oh and what do I do with these damn GM Bonds?

Send a ticket and PM me with the ticket number, make sure to note when you last had the item on valk, when it was last taken out of storage if you can remember.

Ugh.. I logged in and was in prontera with the 1000 GM bonds and that 1 missing item as far as I can remember I don't know the exact time.. and guessing around might be a bad idea?

last taken out of storage? I don't think I can remember that but the last time it was on valk was just previously a few hours ago? the transfer was literally done just.. 20 minutes ago I believe?

So about this character transfer stuff. I got one a while back and for a few days I was given free(?) VIP. Once the transfer was made it stayed for a few hours then ran out. Just curious what the point of giving VIP during the transfer period was, or if im supposed to still have it.

That's odd ^ I also got free VIP I still have it and the transfer is complete as far as I know.

So I don't really know what to tell you.

Maybe it depends on the character slot, if it's a slot that would normally need to be paid for, when the GM's transfer you, it opens it up with VIP setting? idk just a thought.

That could be it. The characters transferred from VIP slots into non VIP slots, I'd double check but its maint.

You get a few days of VIP "due to possible inconvenience" caused during the server transfer. Most of those inconveniences don't ever happen, but the VIp days are a sort of insurance policy.

Don't listen to them! They're "insurance policy" is really a marketing strategy in disguise! A good one too by the looks of it. Good job lately GMs.
