Hi everyone. I've been really confused trying to figure out how to begin the transfer process from my overflow account back to my main account. I am trying to follow this link

but, I dont know where to do it.. I tried to open a support ticket but I cant find the right options.
Anyways, please, some guidance would be very much appreciated.

In general, you would want to select the 'account related' section to send the ticket to. You want the title of the ticket to be "Overflow character transfer" and make sure to note the levels and classes of the characters you want to merge back. Please make sure you have the space on your original account and provide some alternate names just in case the original name is taken.

I also have a related issue. I recently received an email to return but when I checked out my accounts they were mostly empty. One test account had like 2 novice or something. My main account can't even create characters at all. I think I had like a lord knight, a blacksmith, and monk. Not really sure now as to my characters' names. How can I get my characters restored? I can't seem to access the support link. It's been loading non-stop.

Use different browser to access support section, and send a ticket asking about your chars, with as much details as you can remember.
