A lvl 43/39 merchant, wonder if my stats are screwed up

http://write./ragnoark-online-character-guides/a-comprehensive-guide-to-the-creator-class/
* 42 INT
* 96 DEX
* 95 INT
Mines are currently 15 INT, 43 Dex and 43 Luck. with STR AGI and VIT being 1
The guide however is very outdated (2008) and now I'm kind of unsure of it. So far leveling Orcs is fine with revo cart and the eden reward rapier II. Many suggest brewers to buy spellswords to lvl up as alchemist. I wonder if i'm better off with the Eden Rapier II or save money to buy spell swords?
Now with third jobs for alchemists I'm kind of confused of the stats as finding updated guides is very hard and stats tend to get easily screwed up if not paying attention. Is brewer still worth leveling with the new Geneticist job?
PS: This is my first character and yes I've heard enough "alchemist is hardest to level, shouldn't be your first character blah blah blah. I don't really care since none of the other classes really interest me and I usually delete them after leveling a few levels.

Actually, nothing on that site (I'm assuming it's RMS?) will steer you anywhere but the wrong way. It's an inaccurate site dedicated to illegal private servers - which is why we prohibit linking to it.
As alchemist, don't build it for potting, build it for leveling, and then if you wish to as biochem, level with a potter build, OR - and this is what i'd do if I wanted a potter - build for leveling, and then when you get to 99, reset to a potting/genetic build. One nice thing about genetic is that you can level with a potting build genetic, assuming you get the int/dex first (do like, 110 base int, 100-110 base dex, some vit, and a buncha luck, and maybe 50 str - all stats base) - whereas leveling with a potting build biochem or alchemist is hell, was hell pre-renewal, and will always be hell.

Thanks I just deleted my char and remade it. So It's ok to make a lvling stat / skill build and I get a total reset of both skill and stats after I rebirth into a biochemist right?Throw out that guide. It is from pre-renewal. Just about every aspect of game mechanics have changed, it is entirely irrelevant to post-renewal RO, and can do nothing except steer you wrong.

Yep. When you trans, you go from 99/50 alchemist to 1/1 high novice, with 1 in all stats and 100 stat points to distribute (42 points more than non-trans, and no hexagon)Thanks I just deleted my char and remade it. What I would do, personally, is go leveling build as trans, and plan on paying for reset stones shortly after changing to genetic, but that's a decision you don't have to make for a while.
