Is anybody here not getting any responses at all to any of their tickets?

My ticket dates:
4/30/2011
5/14/2011
5/15/2011
5/20/2011

I had 2 more open from April, but I ended up closing them since they were no longer relevant. And I have more tickets to submit as well (all of these are god item ownership changes), but I'm not getting any response at all. The first one is 3 weeks old now!

the last activity were my reply and never heard from them ever again, i even pmed heim ingame after maint, but he loged out on me =(, they should allow oda to do the ownership or somethin, at least his quick with his responses

The reason they're slow is because they have so many tickets. You're sending in like 5 at one time which doesn't help...
100 players x 1 ticket each = 100 tickets
100 playres x 5 tickets each = 500 tickets

They closed my bots tickets, but I dunno if anything happened to the botters or not..............
This is discouraging.
