Greetings
A few days ago..i changed my ISP so when i did it... i was playing iro cool...but suddenly the net go down..
i have a serious lag playing and also i got dc sometimes
i did a ping to google.com i receive lost packets
i did a ping to youtube.com and same
besides when i am online at windows live messenger..i got dc sometimes
but when i do a ping to the server of my ISP i don't receive any lost packets...
so i did a tracert to iro.ragnarokonline.com and i received this...

I Called tech support to my ISP Provider and they telled me that is a "problem outside of the country (Website's ISP of the websites or servers i guess)"

You didn't manage to catch any packet loss in that trace, but your symptoms are consistent with packet loss. Likely if you repeated the tracerts a few times, you'd see packet loss.

Unfortunately, it seems like we can no longer count on ISPs to provide connectivity without packet loss. Large numbers of players experience packet loss with RO (and some other games) that make the game unplayable.

The usual solution is to use a service like LowerPing.com or WTFast.com - both of those offer free trials (no limits, but you get DC'ed every 30 minutes if you're not paid on there). I've been using LowerPing.com, and it works like a charm. Play around with the trials and see if they fix your lag problems.
