I decided to bring my lvl 41 High Archer to the Overlook Water Dungeon, and wanted to do the quests. When I enter the dungeon, I click in the sign post, and it does nothing. Nothing pops up, no quests appear. Isn't it supposed to let me get the quest?
Its the first sign post upon entering the dungeon at coordinates (174, 169)
Server is Ymir.
Am I just missing something? Any help or info would be appreciated, thanks.

it's buggy right now. Just teleport away from the sign and walk back to it.

Killing 1 monster also works, same thing happens sometimes in the Novice Training Grounds.
