So on one of my accounts, every single one of my characters missing. I haven't played for quite a while, but my brother's account still has all of his characters. Does anybody have any idea about this?

Someone (could be mom, dad, gf, bf, or someone who hates you) deleted your account without your approval. You should submit a ticket with WarpPortal.

Or an overflow account was created, because you had a few low level alts on one server, such that when the servers were merged, your good chars wound up on an overflow account.
