I came to this suggesstion after discussing it with a couple of my guildies. Why do we have it so consumable kafra items with a duration, like food or life insurance, disappears when the user dies? I mean, shouldn't it last for the length it says it will, regardless whether or not the user dies? If it disappears the second you die you aren't really getting what you paid for, it's a pretty big ripoff if you ask me. I think if it says it lasts 30 minutes, it should last 30 minutes, death irrelevant. I mean, manuals and gum do. =/

If ya ask me, I wouldn't have even included foods that are not just the same but even better than ones actually made ingame lol. Should have made em not as good as the real deal, or the real deal better first.
Or make these last through death but the normal ones last longer or something.

If you guys are dying you shouldn't be using foods in the first place.

The Kafra foods last 30 minutes, the geneticist-made foods last 15 minutes (I think).

I use foods to help in leveling. Sometimes I die, and it's a pain when the food I paid for disappears before the duration is up, especially if it happens 2 minutes into it.

genetic food lasts 500 seconds

and all the good stuff isnt made in game: regeneration potions, medium life potion, big defense potion. only thing genetics make that is worth buying is large hp and sp increase pots.

Use VIP buffs instead of food if more than 20 cents an hour is too rich for your blood.
