Pretty simple, not asking for any actual item changes.

On the description of the various spears, can you please state either "1H Spear" or "2H Spear" like you do with swords and axes.

Theres no way ingame to be able to determine that other than trying to equip one and noticing your shield get removed, and theres quite a large overlap between 1H and 2H spear damage so its not easy to tell without a database.

The same would be nice on all weapons. I know some of the staves don't really say either way either.
