Hey everyone , iwanted to know what do ineed to make a build for pvp raider katars .

1.Skills that are most important for this build.
2.Stats that ineed.
3.Equips weps,jewel,chest,hat,hands,bottom,boots everything

do ineed moer sen more con more dex ? and is it true that dex give faster movement ?..

1. The most important skills are burns and stuns.
2. No one will share their actual stat build. So gl with that.
3. You will need several different sets, for example Lava D7, Lava M7, Typhoon SA7, Typhoon P7 as for gems, You will also need Glorious, Precious, and Chivalrous.. All these are req to be a good katar raider.

You will need dex the most, it is your primary source for AP, and is also a req for your katars. And NO.. Dex does not give movement speed.

I will add to that for stats: your first stat should be focused on DEX and your secondary status should be focused on CON. Make sure you got enough DEX to wear the right weapons but do not max it out. This is the average build and most Raider's use it.

I wish to add that unless you are really rich and want to be the best pvp'er ever - don't bother getting all those different buffsets. Settle with, my choice, glorious or something else you prefer.

For Jewelry I recommend Lava for the extra Acc and added AP. You can choose to add Moonstone for even more Acc depending on how much you end up with. Other options for gems could be: StarAgate (Acc and AP) StarQuartz (Acc and Dodge) Sunstone (Acc and A-spd), it's all up to what you prefer personally.

And as already said; Dex is your primary stat and Con your secondary. If you then would like to add som Sen feel free to do so but make sure your accuracy is not too low.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO one will ever tell u there skill build, mainly because every raider is like a fingure print, they all have different prefences and ways on battling. I my self like aspeed not AP so i dont have certain skills(wont tell you ofc). So really you will have to learn on your own a good skill and stat build for your preference.(BTW UW and PvP skills are different)

charm is for more drops, and the mobs will be more agressive towards you
look too make a good build YeOldKnight is right you need the burns/poisons & stuns the most
also a little secret think about dual blade accuracy skills.

also just try to make your own build.
here is some information you might need

STR: Strength
-Strength increases your Max HP
-Increases damage of melee weapons.
-Increases Defense Power.
-Increases Maximum Inventory Weight.

DEX: Dexterity
-Increases Dodge Rate.
-Increases Damage for Long Ranged Weapons.

INT: Intelligence
-INT increases your Max MP.
-Increases Magical Attack and Magical Defense.

CON: Concentration
-CON increases your accuracy to hit monsters.
-Increases Crafting Success Possibility.
-Increases Recovery Speed of MP/HP
-Increases Attack Power of Guns.

CHA: Charm
-CHA affects conditions to acheive a quest.
-Affects reward for completing a quest.
-Increases Monsters Aggresivness to you while hunting.

SEN: Sensibility
-SEN increases the outcome of the item.
Meaning the item will be a better quality, and in general better with more SEN.
-Increases chance to do Critical Attack.
-Increases Skills Damage

second think about the Fearless Vegeance you need 342 dex, so thats a must !
so try asking a friend to spar with you and keep adding stat points to some stats you might think you would need!

-Increases Crafting Success Possibility.
-Increases Recovery Speed of MP/HP CON doesn't have this effect anymore.
-Increases Attack Power of Guns.
-CON adds .2 Critical as well

CHA: Charm
-CHA affects conditions to acheive a quest. Doesn't do this.
-Affects reward for completing a quest. Doesn't do this one either anymore, atleast so I've heard.
-Increases Monsters Aggresivness to you while hunting. I think this was always an urban legend in ROSE, although I do remember people talking about this in iROSE days. Anyways it doesn't work like this in this version.

Meaning the item will be a better quality, and in general better with more SEN.
-Increases chance to do Critical Attack.
-Increases Skills Damage Doesn't do this in this version of ROSE.

Sorry, but I had to correct this post a bit since it has lots of outdated information. Didn't bother adding all the effects of the stats since you can find them here I added corrections in red.

YES! Dex does give Mspeed. Though it's not worth it (Only like 2 more per 200 dex) But still it does give Mspeed
