Trans NPC will correctly accept zeny from non-VIP but give a "freebie" to the VIP characters going to trans.

Will I be reimbursed for this? A week ago or so I trans, he said it was free for VIP yet he still took my monies. Can I submit a ticket for this?

Submit a ticket and they'll probably refund you, but they aren't going to go back through everyone's account and put money on them.

Honestly yes it is, I don't have the glorious means of getting free stuff from people seeing as how I only play with my friend whom I've played this game off & on for 9 years, starting fresh each time. Nor do I bot like some of the higher ranking guilds. Also, I have an electric bill to pay so I can't help my merchant up all night like some people do.

Might as well. I got the card I was supposed to get at the end of the overlook water dungeon because I accidently pressed cancel via Submit ticket. lol
