"Holy Light Intensification" DNA +1 add 27 extra dmg. Is that 27 damage per 2seconds or is that total damage in 10seconds?

well i don't know, i heard that it's spread out over whole duration but never actually tested

I would assume that would be the case with Magic "Weapon Mastery Intensification".
So another question is "Magic Weapon Mastery Intensification" spread out or does it add damage per 2 seconds in "Damage Over Time" attacks?

no magic mastery can't spread out like holy light dna because it applies to all spells. it increases all spells dmg by xx, but as i said i am not sure about holy light dna
