Today, I wanted to play Dragonica and I realized Thq*Ice just closed doors.
I didn't remember the ID but now I do, the only thing I don't have is the password.
I clicked "Forgot ID?" - I filled my information and recieved a mail with my ID.
After I got my ID I clicked "forgot password" - I filled my ID and my email but it requires a birthday date that my sister registered with on Thq*Ice.
I have no idea what the birthday date is, I also asked my sister and she said she doesn't remember the birthday date she registered with.
Any help?
I had a lv 42 or 43 character.

Send the folks at the WP Support Center a ticket regarding this issue. I hope you can retrieve your account.
Thank you for the fast reply D:
um, take a look at this:
Account Blocked/Suspended
318
Can my deleted character be restored?
150
My Account was Hacked!
100
How do I delete my account?
98
Can I change my account name?

None of these could help me, since my account is not hacked, deleted or blocked.
I guess I'm fvcked huh...

I guess only submitting a ticket might solve the problem.
I did send a ticket, but I'm not sure they're going to help me since I barely remember anything of Dragonica.
I don't even remember how my char's class called, but I was a magician, lv 42 or 43.
I had those skills to revive people and stuff like that o_o
Dam, I only need the password, I already have the email and the ID.
How am I supposed to remember the birthday date I registered with?
No one registers with his own birthday date, everyone picks 1946 > Januar > 1 or something like this...

The reason we do not offer direct support through the forums is because, if we did, everyone would stop using the ticket system and would just post on here, and customer service is not the intended use of these forums.

I just tried to send another ticket and it looks like the page is loading, it's been like that for over 15 minutes.
Thank you for the fast reply, I appreciate it.
What do you mean by "including 5 possible email addresses you used"? I used only one email to register the account o_o and I do know my email address.
It's just that "Forgot your password?" requires a birthday date which I don't have, I never put my real birthday date @ registrations.
I still sent them as much information as I could, I don't know if this helps but I also wrote in the ticket that my char had a blue outfit and a blonde hair and green eyes.
One question, sir, you don't have to answer me but...
I always wanted to know company worker's age or forum moderators' ages.
How old are you, sir?
I want to know if I have a chance to get a job like this.
Do you work in an office liike... do you wake up every morning and drive to your office and get into your position and reply on forums?

I downloaded Dragonica and when I write my ID and my password it says "Please check your ID".
But my ID is not wrong, I received an email with my Thq*Ice ID.
Do I have to "add an existing account" on warpportal?

For the record, you should use real birthdays from now on. When it asks for five possible e-mails it's being generous for people like you who have no idea what they're doing.

On your WarpPortal account you have to add a Dragon Saga account, and input your THQ information to link them.

Aha, thank you so much.
"When it asks for five possible e-mails it's being generous for people like you".
I still don't get why they need five emails, I have thousands of emails though.

Consider this: Someone (like in your position) has a bunch of e-mail addresses and has no idea which one they used. This way they allow FIVE possible guesses at once for them to check. Normally you'd be expected to know right away which e-mail you used and if you don't you have to guess. This would be difficult for someone with many e-mail addresses.Aha, thank you so much.

I do know my Email Address I signed up with to Thq*Ice Dragonica.
I just don't have the password.
When I click "Forgot your password?" it requires a birthday date which I do not have.
I sent like 3 tickets, but I have no idea what those guys doing there in their office, they never answer people.
A friend of me told me it takes them 72 hours to answer.
But I have the time, I'll wait

It can take anywhere from same day to a week for an answer. Be patient and I doubt questioning their work ethic will get your ticket done faster.Thank you, I understand it now.

Hehe, well most of work places aren't serious.
When I've worked, I've never wasted time or talk about things that were not related to my job.
I took this serious because I was very serious.
Dam, I need to find a job in america! sounds fun.

Alright, so!
I received an email from WarpPortal's support, but they didn't help me.
I bet they didn't even read what I said, it feels like a bot that answers those tickets.
I told them that I have the ID and the email but I don't have the password because "Forgot your password?" requires a birthday date which I DO NOT have.
So I asked them if they could give me the password and they said:
"Have you created a WarpPortal account on the WarpPortal site? The WarpPortal account is the main account for all Gravity Games. Afterwards, go to Game Accounts and add your THQ*ICE account under Dragon Saga. Once this has been completed, the birthdate should be shared with the WarpPortal account. Password retrieval will be accessible once the account has been binded. If this does not help, please contact us again."
They didn't get what I mean then ):
