Good day rosenians! This is my first time posting here. I'm an axe type champion level 220 and i just want to know the accuracy needed to hit a full dodge raider/scout. Thank you.

With skill like battle howl, seismic impact which gives 20% dodge rate down really affect against them?

lowers their dodge rate by 20% and hurts them just if your skill misses it does half damage instead of full damage
