yep, anything that subtracts full time can be casted while running.

That's what I was thinking, but I remember having one spell on a character a while back which had a casting time reduced to 0 by dna, and I still had to stop running in order to cast it. I just wanted to make sure. Right now I have three ranks in it and it takes almost no time to cast it and the only reason for me to take it to five ranks would be so I could cast it on the run.

Perhaps that was before they made the change to those skills.
