Hey im trying to help out my new friend player neighboyur with her soldier wannabe champion but i tried making my soldier ages ago and havent got a clue what to put on for skills and stats can any1 tell me thx?
and ps whats the new max lvl now cos i just killed a woopie and got lvl 216 lol on my cleric.

The new max level is 220.

As for stats I would personally recommend you to keep Con at the same number as your characters level. So being lvl 100 would mean 100 Con.
The rest I recommend all for Str. Con is for Accuracy - so you will hit what you attack. Str being for Attack power and Defense/Hp mainly.

This is a very standard built suited well for a beginner, it's very simple but will work just fine.

For skills I will recommend an AoE (=Area of Effect) build. At below level 100 you will only have 1 AoE but as you go on to Champion tree, past level 100, you gain access to several more. For the rest of stats you could advice her to get the passive Attack Power skills. Defensive passives is well adviced as well

This build would be well-suited, in my opinion, for a beginner.


For gears I'd say Reinforced would be preffered as Armour and Hardened is the better option on her weapon since I believe she will have better use for AP rather then Aspd for instance. Again, we all got our own ideas so this is just one of many different builds.

You don't actually buy skill books anymore, you just click on the skill to learn it.
They removed the skill book function a few weeks ago, to get rid of clutter.
