1) Safe Guard and Protection, are these skills worth it?

I think Safe Guard gives self buff 25% def 25% mdef for 420 seconds where cleric gives a similar def buff for 12 minutes.

What % does Protection gives at max level?

2) Does leveling up shield reflect actually increase the damage being reflected or not?

3) What is the max level of taunt shot, I have it at Lv.1 only, does it give any status effect at max level?
