So i have just over 20k kafra reserve points and I want to know where I go to trade them in for a Spare Card (assuming it's still 20k per spare card?)

This was only an event, you cannot get it from kafra girls anymore.

It was 10k per card, but the event was in for April Fools Day several years ago. The cards made such an attractive gear for botters that I don't think they'd ever bring them back.
