i have been trying to get to Orlo for the past month with no success. i followed the quest guides step by step and i think i am in an error somehow. i have my Aura's Fate and i have done the sustaining the portal quests. Now i am doing The Royals of Oblivion quest and i am on part (8) where i have all 3 Canopic's and it says i have masterd teleportation and find the portal. It also says if i havent helped sustain the portal talk to bond. Well even though i have done that quest now bond says i need to collect the wrappings again. I have no problem doing it again, but i never gives me the quest again since i have done it already before. Please help me out so i can go to Orlo. Thank you in advance for anything and everything!

Finish sustaining the orlean portal 1 AND 2.

Talk to bond about finishing it.

Now look closely at the options bond has after you delivered the quest. This part is important, dont just press 1 2 or 3, read what she has to say.

Find the conversation that goes: "but I already helped sustain the orlean portal" "well maybe you can use those canopics to feed the portal". Your royals quest will shift to 9 and you can walk ( one last time via the tele walls ) to the Orlean Portal and feed them to it. Now you can go orlo.

thank you logi for at least writing me back on here. i have read and reread the entire conversation with bond which leads me no where. i have clicked every option and combination of options their are. i have been to the portal entrance and back up to b1 now hundreds of times. i know i have completed BOTH sustaining the portal quests the wraps one and the king/queen one. i have no other quests in my quest window other thank royals of oblivion (8). i read on one guide to be in a pt. so i tried it in a pt and had no success. this is very frusterating and i have messaged zep and put in a ticket about it only to hear from no one regarding the problem. i would abandon the quest but i dont know what that does for me if i would have ot start all over or just like back 1 step or if i can not get it ever again. but someone please help me for this is gone on for way to long and is going to be the death of this character. ty all in advance for any help/insight you can provide me

Let us know if gravity responds, Id like to know the bugs around this quest xD.

As Naughty suggested:

The Royals of Oblivion(7): Run back to b3 (circled arrow) and walk up to the top left most room again (boxed green arrow) and now run through the wall. it teleports you to a new place. once here, take the right path and go up and all the way around till you see the portal. choose option one to go back to b1 and talk to bond. She will give you the Sustaining Orlean Portal quest.

Sustaining The portal(1):Gives you quest. Talk to Bond again for her to tell you what materials you need.

Sustaining The portal(2):collect materials from mammies and mummies in b2 of the O. temple. Mammies will give the scarves, mummies give ancient wrappings and bones, mystic mammies give the gold armor, soldier and ranger mammies give the other stuffs.

Sustaining The portal(3): Get first hit on two mammy king/queens and defeat the monster for proofs. You do not have the be the one who kills it.

The Royals of Oblivion (8): Talk to bond to turn in the sustaining quest.

The Royals of Oblivion (9):

Talk to bond again. She will tell you to feed the three canopics to the wall in b3. head back to the portal in b2 to take you to b3. Walk through the wall (green boxed arrow) using the second option. Head around to the Orlean portal once you've been teleported and feed the portal the three canopics and it will then give you an option to get to Orlo.

If you are at 8 then talking to Bond would be the solution. If you are prepared to do it again you can try to message me ingame on Logiban ( if im online xD). I can take you all the steps, if its bugged again at least we know its not you or me gulp!

Raabit,it seems a rather drastic approach to delete all of your progress thus far
If i was you, i would try message Logiban ingame and take up that offer of help first.

okay well that is that... i abandonded the quest... followed the guide again exactly line by line and i am stuck at the same exact place. This is extremely frusterating. i do not enjoy pvp so pvm and quests are what keep me entertained. i have now been trying to get to orlo for 2 months with no luck. my only hope now is if zep can help me or if my ticket finally gets picked up after 2 weeks...

yes i have seen that before, but this problem existed prior to that patch and i just restarted the quest after that patch only to end up hitting the same wall at part 8. Thank you though for your reply =) and if you have any other suggestions please feel free to shoot them my way.

have you tried it on another character to see if it'll let that one do it?

my next highest character is 170 so I can't try it yet. But since I am not playing my cleric because of this issue I will be lvling the 170 char.

Im online now, whisper me now and ill help you to try it but its your choice. Ive helped several characters get to orlo and besides a few problems with getting the right conversation nothing seems to be bugged. Im not ruling out a bug ofc, I can imagine how annoying this must be.

great plan, sorry that i did not think of screenies. but here are links to all of the pictures of the quest stuff and others related to the quest. Okay the pictures are in order and you can tell what i am clicking by the title of the picture. Once i stop with the screen shots of those options means that the window closed and nothing happened. As you can see bond has the "?" over her head meaning to turn in something but ya no luck =/. hope this may help someone figure the problem out. thank you all who have help thus far!

I have clicked it many times and it just closes the convo with bond and nothing is added to quest window. I have done those quests anyways. And just so you know my quest window is empty other than royal quest.

Hi Raabit,

I have precisely the same issue, stuck at Royals of Oblivion (8) and Bond won't give the Sustaining the Portal quest.

I opened a ticket on May 1st and after a dozends of back and forth (explaining and re-explaining and re-re-explaining , ticket got closed and I re-opened it, etc.) I gave up. Current status on June 9th the ticket was closed by them without any solution.

I believe I screwed the Sustaining quest, since I did the 1st part of the quest when my character was below 180, many months ago, and after that I abandoned the sustaining quest before having finished the second part of it.

Developers seem to be unable to fix it in this status. Guess they have more important things to do. I myself was wondering why they close tickets without solving anything.. funny policy, but ok...

Btw to reach Orlo, just use a teleport ticket. You won't be able to do some of the Orlo quests because of your issue and some areas are tabu, but otherwise you should be fine...
