I think it's likely because if you suggest this idea now it has to be written up in a huge report, the report has to be translated to Korean, sent to South-Korean Gravity HQ, get into a meeting, they have to understand WTF is writtne down and get it discussed + either get the OK or the NO GO + documented on why yes/no.
That documentation has to be translated to English and sent to America to get evaluated by the people that run iRO.

Are you trying to remove all kind of barriers that can prevent lots of more god items entering in the scene? why don't just activate the dwarf at all times and everyone can talk with him for turnins the sets into god items

yeah thats all well and good for content requiring new features to be implemented, but something like this can be entirely scripted by a 8 year old with current server binaries, asking kRO for this is just a retarded waste of time.

I'm sure the script is easy to write, but the concequences and possible implications for future patches aren't, or so I'd think.asking kRO for this is just a retarded waste of time
