I log in on pront use storage then all the sudden I can not use alt + w to open my cart. It had happened a few times before. IOnly way I can fix it is to restart my client. I have also had some kills not work like hammer fall.

This is strange, can you do any further debugging for us?

Does fiddling with alt+w in other areas break it? Could there be some other program running that's trying to bind to alt+w? (there was i think a wireless driver that grabbed alt+s, keeping you from opening skills in RO, and breaking a whole bunch of other programs as well... )

were you holding or repeatedly pressing alt+w and might have activated stickykeys or some similar inaccessibility feature?

What I did was I loged in on one char to do something really fast, then I went back to my blacksmith to set up my vend. I wanted to put some stuff from storage to my cart to sell. and it would not let me use alt w. I could open equips and open my cart that way. I got out of storage and tried alt w again. Still did not work. Oh and I also used my aprasial skill on bs then tried to open my cart. I got no other programs that would use it.

I've had the client finicky out on me when I use Gift Box? items like this guy is describing. it doesnt drop items after using, but locks up moving items, equipping them, and sometimes using items. But it returns to normal after relogging. And this clearly isn't what he's experiencing

Next time you have this issue, you should try to figure out in more detail what's going on - what else works and what doesn't.
This is a strange issue, and it sounds like you can't consistently reproduce it either....

I can try and reproduce it. once I get some things to id with my bs and in storage at the same time. It has happened twice now.
