So when I made a forums account my birthday year was 1995 so when I attached my Requiem account it not says "age doesn't qualify" or something. Is there a way I can delete my forums or change my birthday? Please help!

well based on the content of the game they have restricted by the ESRB as a 17+y game so if you r birthday is 1995 you have like 15y ergo you are not going to able to play unless you lie about you age (i dont recomend this to you because they always can find a way to know)

btw they put the restriction because they are obligated to do that by law, anyway there is already a bunch of underage kids playing that game, or at least act like kids

Do you know how I can change my birthdate or delete me account and just make a new one?? And lol I bet atleast 90% of the people that play video games is lieing about their age... = More $ and Players so it's the game's loss not the players... :rice:

Does anyone know how I can talk to a GM, Admin, Moderator, or something? The support team website that Salubri posted won't work for me so please help. I really wanna come back to this game but I can't play just because of my birthday year which is stupid... So please someone help...

Lol I did think about this but my main account has a Level 48 Rogue that I was gonna sell all armor and put the money on a new characte I WAS gonna create.. So I don't really wanna start playing until I know I'll get my money on my character... (Which is over 1-2m) I know to some that 1-2m isn't a lot but for someone that has bad luck finding guilds and helpful people ingame... That's like winning the lottery LoL, almost. :rice:

If that link doesn't work for you then I suggest going into the options for your browser and returning all settings to their default state.

The link works but all it shows it 3 dudes repairing the warportal sign, a box that says this: "We are currently updating our game servers for enhanced game play!" and 3 other links which lead to: Forums, Blog, and Games. What do I do to fix that because it seems I am the only one with this problem??

P.S. - When you said go into options, I don't know where to look for it. I am running Windows XP on Internet Explorer 8 if anyone knows how to get the browser options that might help me. :rice: Also I can get Firefox if it's better on that, I don't know. =/

Click on the Tools drop down, and the at the bottom you will see Internet Options.

Under the Advanced Tab, click the button that says "Reset..." at the bottom of this tab.

Did exactly what you said and it still doesn't work, it only slowed my Loading and Searching down on my browsers. (I'm not to worried about that)

I would like to, if I knew how, posting a picture of it just to prove to those who think im lieing of it,... If I knew how I would.

:rice: Any other ideas or do I just have to wait until year on my account is allowed?
