Is anyone having sprite error with the hat?

I am too. Its an Unknown Item for me, was even before I used a magnifier on it.

I have received the error as well. It must be the sprite because the icon after you redeem it is an apple.... lolz

Now I can't log back in because I tried equipping it after identifying it and it gave me a sprite error.

Actually you should be able to log in. I got the same error and logged back in just fine and equipped a new item. It just shows as nothing for now. Hope its added in soon.

I tried and it keeps booting me with the error. >_> Here I'll even post the error if anyone can actually understand it

I already sent a ticket to Warp Portal Support. Hopefully they fix this as soon as possible.

Actually you should be able to log in. I got the same error and logged back in just fine and equipped a new item. It just shows as nothing for now. Hope its added in soon.

Ahhh. Sorry about that then. It just errored me when I equipped it and I could just reequip a new headgear. =/

Yes, don't equip it and then logout! Your client will crash each time the character wearing it appears on the char select screen.

The error happened immediately after I equipped it. It's too late now. Hope people are reading this so it doesn't happen to them.

I actually got a question about the redemption cycle on these.
I assumed that the rewards are passed out every Friday as it states.

ie. I redeem 2 UGCs. do I get 2 Tanee hats?
Can anyone confirm getting more than 1 muka hat by redeeming at 2k intervals or per min 2k transaction?

ie. I transfer to KP after redeeming 2 UGCs, would that give me 2 Tanees (as in it'll know to reward based on card used) and 1* Muka (as in 1 time transfered *as per transfer to KP)?

if you have 10 transactions adding up to 2000+ = 1 Muka hat
if you have 5 transactions for 6300 pts = 3 Muka Hats.

you get 1 hat per 2000 WPE that you used up in KP or VIP sub, combinated as you wish & delivered to you the following friday.
He was just pointing out it doesnt matter how many transactions you make, what counts is the total WPE you spent.

1st week: 5000 2nd week: 500 500 = 3 Muka ?

that would logically result in:
end of first week: you have 2 mukas
end of 2nd week: you get 1 more muka hat

I did 1x 5000WP->6000KP Xfer. I only got 1 Muka. 1 Tanee. - Tanee is UGC so that doesn't matter in the muka equation since it's by card.
Which is why I asked if it was by transaction..

meaning, if I did 5000 500 500 (6000 Total) that is 3 transactions and I get 3 Muka vs 5000 1000 which is 2 transactions and I only get 2.

someone in another thread said it had to be in 2k bulk, heim confirmed it was via total and didn't have to be min 2k which would have been logically correct. 2000 2000 2000 (6000 Total)

Sounds like an error, you might want to reload your Redeemer Guy. Or wait for next Friday.
Or send a ticket, therefore wait for next friday anyway, if you're lucky.


if it was per transaction i would do 2000 transactions of 1 WPE to 1 KP
