I have another thread open asking about whether adding a reply to a ticket bumps it back to the end of the queue. I asked this because I am still waiting to hear about a VAS I purchased on the 25th.
I see people who are having their issues addressed via forums and am miffed that I am still waiting on a ticket and don't know why.

May 25th (8am-ish) purchased server transfer for 2 characters
May 26th (4am-ish) received email that server transfer was completed. Only 1 character had been moved.
May 26th waited until later in the evening, thinking maybe they just needed a little time or something to finish the request. Posted reply to transfer completion ticket, 023-1570EA9C-2CC1 at 9 PM
June 1st was hoping that my ticket reply from the 26th would have come up in the queue since it was posted before the holiday weekend. Posted another reply.
Today made this thread and the other, hoping to gain some insight into what is holding things up.

The character left to transfer is no longer in a guild and has no more than 3 of any specific armor, is carrying no more than 4 of any weapon type, does not have any etc items or other items in large quantities, does not have a pet in inventory and has no more than 10m zeny. There are 3 open character slots on the destination server and I have VIP status. The character is not married, has not adopted and is not adopted. The character is overweight, but no more so than the one that was successfully completed. The request was marked completed at 3:40 AM - perhaps Kevin didn't have his morning coffee yet and just missed the other character?

Am I supposed to create an entirely new ticket for this instead of using the existing one created by customer service? I am at a loss as to what else I'm supposed to do and am tired of waiting/guessing.

Sorry about the wait, I let the GMs know about the un-transfered characters and the VAS should be done.
