Regarding the new account policy change, the you share your account your not liable to get your stuff back. Are god items affected by this too? Will god items not be refunded as well if they are stolen off your account?

god items have a name for a reason i think it mostly applies to mvp carded gear and whatnot.

Yes; a named god item can always be recalled to its owner.

I had suggested a while ago the idea of allowing to name personal items but that never made it past the drawing board (idk if it's feasible on regular items either).

Assuming it is possible, it could be a quest thing, or a value added service (or both).
