I've been trying to change my password because I am a returning Ragnarok user. I verify my account, no problem. I check my email, no problem. But when I update my password and click submit, it brings me to a warp portal page saying: There was a problem communicating with the server."Please try again later or contact customer support for help."

I've tried multiple times to get my password back but nothing works. I just want to fix my password so I can play again. Can anyone help me? Please.

That's weird. I guess you're going to have to send in a ticket to get help with that. (could be a faulty setting with the account or w/e).

Also, as you are a returning user, I'd advise you to read this post, it's very useful.
