Going on Playspans website, and clicking Ultimate Gamecard, comes up with the text "There are no offers for this game."

People on the comments are claiming its out of stock? How are we meant to redeem them for Tanee hats?
Also, how does a digital good go out of stock?

Yeah, it used to happen all the time. Sometimes it takes days for them to get more in stock.

There are other online vendors besides Playspan. I bought one in offgamers.com and it worked so far . Also, checked UGC website you will see few more sites and store to purchase UGC cards.

They prevented my account to checkout with any forms of payment: Paypal, Debit/Credit
However, my gf log in my same account in a different IP and successfully purchase a WP Code.

i spent an hour yelling at them to make my payments go threw, all I got was try again in 5 days. what kinda crap is that. What my money not good enough to buy your product. So I say down with playspan. RIOT against playspan. Gravity really needs to find a better company to promote them and to give them a turn down customer on their end.

I think anyone who has used Playspan more than a handful of times has a horror story to tell about the company. They really are awful.

I believe Heim or Oda stated that PlaySpan suffers from a lot of fraud transactions that why they have this way too strict payment system. It works for some but it doesn't for the majority. As a business they had no choice but its going beyond the limit. Followed all of their guidelines to make my transaction(s) go through but none worked. I no longer deal with them since I found an alternative working and fast seller for UGC.

I've honestly never had an issue with payments, neither has my girlfriend or brother. We all use it fine. This is the first time I've had an issue.

Its quite annoying as my VIP just ran out and I thought, well I can buy 2 Gamecards and recharge VIP and get 2 Tanee Hats and a Muka. But, looks like that whole concept was bull-_- and I won't have VIP for WoE if I want to wait for stock, or miss out on 2 hats. Wonder why they keep advertising it and you can't even buy it.

Also, with regards to buying UGC from other places - I've heard stories of people doing this, and then the code they receive doesn't work, or they don't even receive a code. So I want to avoid doing that..

They should say "temporarily unavailable" rather than out of stock, lol.

But in all seriousness the only reason they would do that is they are suffering quite a severe amount of fraud related to w/e good it is they're selling. Can blame the people trying to scam playspan.

Whenever I need a UGC I just go to the corner gas station and buy one, I don't know why others don't do the same. =/

Ummm.. Because they're not always available? In the city I live in, many stores that are supposed to carry them do not. Not Walgreens, very rarely at 7-11, the local Bestbuy discontinued carrying them, GameStop has been "out of stock" for about the last year... I think you get the picture.

Because the nearest 7-11 is just about 4000 miles from my house.

In Australia, consumer protection can fine you for false advertising by advertising a promotional product, and then claiming it is out of stock when the customer wants to purchase it, and then try to sell them something else.

Its been out of stock for 3 days now.
Has anyone successfuly purchased an Ultimate Game Card from Playspans website since this promotion started?

My friend in the US side of Niagara falls is picking one up for me because they don't carry them on my side of the border, even though I'm less than a 2 hour drive from her...

And this is only because I can't get them from Playspan. Been trying to get one since the promotion started.

by far the easiest method of payment i've found has been the gocash gamecards/pins. these things are just so easy, despite my dissatisfaction with the quality of service we get from gravity, i continue to buy them and use them on this game. you can literally walk into a stripes or 7-11, put on your trollfase, drop a sack full of nickles on the counter and walk out with a icee and a $30 pin number. the pin numbers are never refused and accepted instantly. honestly i think i get more joy out of the process of buying and redeeming the pins than the actual goods i get for my WPE, which is kinda sad i guess. anyway, i'd really like to see more events focused on this method of payment than UGC or playspan, or atleast more than it currently gets (like 2 special offers in the last 3 years). never been told "out of stock" when i go to buy these either.
