Does maybe somebody know where i can get that ?

be very careful about those quests. I bought the tokens and did the aura quest chain that required them. and the first quest she gives you is a pvp place where is is aura vs hep...(spelling unknown).. and since no one does those quests any more you get stuck in the room. i was there for over a week before someone else came in and gave me a teleportation ticket which is the only way to get out of there. so i do not recommend attempting them. if you do want them though ill sell you my remaining tokens. i have 4 of them.
