Since the Skogul and Succubus are resistant to all my intimidated traps. I'm trying to think of another way to deal with them.

also which pre 3rd class trap is the strongest in terms of damage without any other factors such as elemental weakness

Use claymore trap and they have about 300k hp I believe.

thanks for the fast response, another question though. are there any gears i should have when fighting this guy to make it easier. i do have some zeny saved up although not much. But should i boost dmg via dex items or defensive gears (dont know the cheap ones though)

and another thing, is it possible to place claymore traps down next to me without moving? or is that only possible with fire trap?

You'd have to kite the monster as you are placing the traps down. The Fire and Ice Traps from Ranger are the only traps that are allowed to be placed directly underneath monsters.

If you want to deal more damage, I'd suggest stacking +Dex gears.

umm also, does say % race dmg cards add to trap dmg or no?

also, if you change your armor to a certain element, what does that mean? say if a monster is shadow 3, will changing your armor type reduce its physical attacks or do i need to get a shadow % reduction card for that?

lastly, are the wiki equipment suggestion for stalkers (non for SC though) still viable? probably not as updated as i would like huh?
