This has been happening on every browser I use. I cant choose to use a credit card or paypal or anything. I received an email stating I could purchase energy but this is what happens
http://imageshack.us...27/pic1mmh.jpg/
This is how it looks on firefox. I have disabled ad blocker plus for this website. However on IE or Chrome, to the right of where it says credit card/paypal/etc, you see the small square box with an X in it signifying a broken image. Those browsers don't have any blockers on them.
I'm using
Windows 7 Home 64
SuperAntiSpyware
Microsoft Security Essentials
I dunno what I can do to be able to purchase any points at all.. Any help?
Cannot purchase energy

Something is blocking the image from being viewed, might be ISP problem, adware, firewall or corrupted registry entries related to internet connectivity.
You can try the following:
- Clear browser cache and cookies, could use CCleaner for this.
- You can try
- Disable firewall / antivirus and any sort of security and blocking program.
- If you are behind a router, disable it firewall if it has one.
- Scan for any adware / malware.
- Set the browser encoding to auto detect.
- Check your browser security settings , might be too high.
- Check with your ISP if they are for some reason blocking images from the said website.
- Lastly, would suggest WinSock XP program to fix internet corrupted registry entries but only use if you know what you are doing and if you are extremely confident of your tech background.
Hopefully someone else here could advise more. Good luck

The WarpPortal and PlaySpan payment system uses java scripts. I would suggest updating your java client as well as firefox to the latest version. Hence it will provide you with better security anyhow.

Updated Java. Dont like the new firefox. Checked on Chrome and IE and still have a broken image on the right side.
