i just recovered my old account and i am greeted by this lovely message. what gives? i noticed two other topics with the same title but no resolution was posted in either of them.

Are you still getting this error? When do you get this error?

If you're still getting it, contact the GM team via support ticket. Clearly, other users aren't encountering the same problem - normally rejected from server = login or character server is down, but there would be oodles of posts about this if that were the case.

i'm trying to submit a ticket but its just not going through....

edit: after like 10 minutes of waiting it finally went through @_@
