A woe-character with lots of reductions gets hit with one attack for 25k (GoH, gloomy CS, exceed break, storm blast, etc.).

The character, with 100 vit, uses a ranked slim white pot and heals for 1.2k.

???

Skill damages in renewal are hugely increased, but pots have not been changed at all.

In WoE, there really isn't a way to survive many damage spams without ales. Balancing around ales, isn't good game design. People with many ales don't die unless one-shot. People who get owned all the time, such as due to not having mass ales (among other reasons), stop playing.

WoE with low population is not fun, regardless of quantity of personally owned ales.

Gates of Hell offends me, as I don't believe in a place called Hell.
It should be renamed to "Tickle a Tummy", so it no longer insults my religious beliefs.
Also the new name would be more related to the actual damage it does in WoE, and so people would stop being blinded by the name of a skill rather than actual player experiences where it matters.

Howling is only broken because it messes with things that were never intended to have a cast time in the first place. Changing the delay or chance on this skill would 'nerf' it, but it would not fix it. This skill needs fixing, not nerfing. Simply increasing cast time by a percentage, rather than a fixed amount would do wonders for it imo.

I'm not supposed to cast High Speed Cart Ram. If it's not High Speed, how the bloody-_- am I even using it.
I'm not supposed to cast buttefly wings. It's an item. I use it, and it is used. The end.

I don't really care so much about GoH, because seeing how as asura is still a relevant skill, I think a sura having GoH is justified. If anything, making it ranged makes it easier to stop.

And the only other big gripe I have about skills is how some are not properly reduced or able to be protected or defended against. I mean, I really wouldn't give a :D what the other person was doing as long as I could counter it in some way.

None of the skills people QQ about seem to overpowered on Yggdrasil WoE. particularly the Genetic ones, which aren't OP'd at all with the 0.7~1 sec cast time you have without a mjolnir & sleip. Hell plant in particular is not that impressive against high level characters when you have a cast bar, especially when they can walk out of the way. Howl of Mandragora is about the only good skill genetic has really. A 60 second cooldown seems too harsh. I know people don't like this skill, but it really levels the playing field to actually use your genetic attacks like hell plant with a cast bar when you can howling your enemy and then throw a leech on them to keep them from using skills while you cast yours.

Gate of Hell is fine due to the low hp requirement, should have a longer re-use cooldown by a second or two, maybe...

masquerades (especially ignorance) && manhole -- QQ at those.. I'd rather be hit by howling than be unable to move or use skills at all.

DSL & harmonize - fix the bugs... harmonize isn't supposed to be a debuff it's just poorly designed... and DSL shouldn't heal emperium. Otherwise DSL is fine. You can cancel DSL with allied performers overwriting the effect with a different chorus, and ABs will be able to dispel it with the large balance update coming.

never been hit by storm blast, no comment.

+1 Agree, GoH should have just more fixed cast time and delay, just that is already unstopable.
Masquerades are single target and the effect sometimes is not that long, Genetics im fine with the new update, now it will not be anymore War of Mandragora Howling.

Can we have a change on the % of Pinpoint Atack in break gears? Instead of 50% i think it should be 10% and it deal already a high amount of damage.
Add a icon to Reflect Damage too! Fixing the bug on exceed break changing weapons, so the skill wont be so OP in woe.
Reflect Damage should be able to dispeled, they can recast it anyways!
Shield Spell lv 3 break armors effect should be changed to 50% instead of 100% chance, that is just ridiculous.

RG's need some changes, this can make them more balanced.

Storm Blast needs nerfs. With megs, KVM Spear...it'll 1 shot anybody. CC doesn't stop it, CP doesn't stop it, works in Manhole. OP. :D
