im waitng just to buy my first WP points, to make my first VIP account. from the get go bad experience just to get myself started on this game. waited 24 hours for the verification process just to get a vauge E-mail about a problem that i might need a ticket for . i made my ticket and still waiting for a response about 8 hours later :/. i make many transactions online and im sure i have not messed up .help plz ?

You don't get tickets answered within 8 hours, unfortunately. I don't know what the backlog is like now, but it will likely take at least 24 hours for a response.
