I deleveled from lvl 66, which gave me one more skill point. Which can be invested in Vindictive Mind Lv 1 or in Protection Totem Lv 2 or in something else...
If you gonna cap your Fire Resistance with Xeons, then leave Fire Guard and put the points in Burning Meteor + DNA accuracy, those DNA points should be taken out of Flame Arrow. Or take 9 skill points out of First Aid if you comfortable with your heal and invest them in Burning Meteor.
I havent used a single Fire Resistance Xeon, although, i almost have capped Fire Resistance.
Fire Ball Lv 10
Flame Arrow Lv 10 + DNA lv 9
Soul Explosion Lv 5 (Max Radius)
Flame Thrower Lv 1 (Filler)
First Aid Lv 10
Wound Care Lv 1
Healing Fairy Lv 6
Healing Totem Lv 1
Protection Totem Lv 1
Vindictive Mind Lv 1 (for the lulz)
Bloodlust Lv 6 + DNA lv 6
Mana Amulet Lv 1 (Filler)
Dura Amulet Lv 10 + DNA lv 10
Fire Guard Lv 9
Fire Rain Lv 5 (Max Radius)
Hell Fire Lv 2
With this build you can do PVP and PVE very well.

int = magic dmg and skill crit add dmg
mind = healing skill crit% and mp
con = hp and hp recovery
you need those, with int and con being most important, mind less so

thanks a lot atleast i have something to work on. bout xeon's im getting confuse with skill crit,physical crit ect.,and how do you know if u capped it and if my for example my dex is low should i start jacking it up with dex xeon's or should i balance everything up,is there a site for this coz it looks like a big topic. thanks again!!!
assuming you come from RO, DEX doesn't make you cast faster, and you cant cap stats
