Does this thing even work at all? How much cast time reduction does it actually give?

It is quite good, I see the effect, maybe because u use a skill with little cast time so the effect is less obvious or maybe it is a skill that has a large portion as fixed cast time. 10% shouldn't be wrong imo

PS. Feels great educating a veteran =P

that ring its a piece of crap for sorcs idk about classes that have already an amazing fast cast time like genetics and suras

I need 2 of them for instant cast on my dex-less Geneticist. Losing one would make my cast time pretty slow.

you mean in strings right?

at any rate the rings are pretty awesome *if* your using similar stuff and have reuse delays larger than aftercast delays, like a sorcs PW. To get instant cast without strings you'd need beelz instead.

I don't like the Sprint Ring because of the delay boost. 2 rings give +10% delay on skills. This is 0.15 seconds on Lex Aeterna and 0.3 seconds in Tarot Card.

You need to complete the set one time [And yes, the armor's defense is 20. I think even the cotton shirt is better] to recover yourself of the increased delay of the rings.

Anyways, if I exchanged my Bloody Butterfly belt for two rings... Maybe I could instant cast Rainstorm~? /omg

But yes, it touches just variable cast and skill delay. So skills with fixed cast time or cooldown won't be really affected. Maybe that's why it's bad for sorcerers. Of course, you could always believe you are a battle sage and smash people with your book. Striking + Glorious Tablet + 60 STR [+ converters] = Maybe you can make the character get over 600 weapon attack.
