When you send a ticket, you are required to specify account name, character name, server and probably more stuff I can't remember.

The system then proceeds to lose all the information you provided, as this must be the only explanation as to why when someone answers your ticket the first thing they do is to ask again for the information you already provided when filling the form to send the ticket in the first place! None of this information shows up in the ticket at all.

Please fix this nonsense. Seriously.

Adding to that, the time it takes for the tickets to process takes tooooooooo long. I usually wait for like 10 minutes for the ticket to process and I have to think whether or not my Internet is lagging or it's the server...
Also, the time it takes for the ticket to be answered or looked at takes a long time, in my experience, my tickets seem to be looked at a week and a half after I sent it in...

Sometimes they ban your warp portal account for stuff. That's why tickets have a seperate account system.

i'm not saying as a requirement, i'm saying as an option, like how many sites allow you to fill out their long form for signup or sign in using facebook. like fill this out here on the left OR log in with warpportal ID on right, it's just so obvious. and even if you get banned, your account is still in the system, no reason it should even check to see if you're banned to take a ticket.
