Just got a farming champ to 200 today and tried to get into muris. he has a fate and everything, but when i go to the gate i only get "Muris gates are locked" and the hebarn npc doesnt spawn...any way to fix this?

Try sending a ticket about it. The GM's already said it was fixed maybe it's been bugged again.

It takes a long time to load, leave it for 5 min then return. If its stil not loading maybe stop downloading or any other online activities until its send.

Here's some tips to help you guys debug your own issue [cause we just did some of it today]

 

1: Make sure you have your Fate quest done, and have selected a Fate. [You know it's complete when you have the Passive in your Unique Skill Tab]

2: Having done the Orlean portal quest in OT is a good idea.

3: Always check your consumable tab for the quest items, and make sure that if the item starts a quest, you USE the item. 

-Example, you will get the 'Gate are locked' prompt if you have the key in your inventory, but don't use it-

I just helped someone do this yesterday so it's definitely not bugged. That person had chosen Arua fate and the Hebarn guy spawned just fine.

 

Like Feuer said, be sure you have completed the fate quest and have the fate passive skill. Also be sure you have space in your consumables tab for the quest drop (Vizier's Key). You have to walk towards the gates of the city to make the NPC appear and after you kill him, immediately check your consumable tab, click on the vizier's key and enter Muris. Then don't forget to talk to the queen to get your permanent passive Vizier's Key.
