I just noticed that when you're change your game account password (no not the WP one) that it requires 6-25 characters, so I put in 25 characters and changed it, but the game password box only allows a max of 23 characters. I looked around and didn't see a topic about it so thought I'd report it, if its a known issue just ignore this then.

How is this an issue? Am I missing something?

The warpportal password has one length requirement.

The game password has a different length requirement (the RO servers seem to have a thing about 23-character long strings; lots of name-like stuff is capped at 23 characters).

They are separate passwords. WP is for kafra points and managing game accounts, game accounts used to log in to game. The passwords should NOT be the same!

Read a bit closer mate, I made it clear. I'm talking about when you change a specific GAME account password, not your WP Account Password.

That is a small thing that probably has been unnoticed. HTML Input box limit is greater than ingame limit... My passwords are usually either 10-18 characters long... Symbols numbers caps lowercase ect...

Btw I notice that if our game password are very long like mine..i had to wait 2 second before pressing enter, If i press enter right away after input my password it will say the my password are incorrect......

I too have noticed this a bit as well from time to time but I get a "Disconnected From Server" message immediately following pressing the Enter key. Then when I try again I get the whole "Server still recognizes your last login" issue a few times then it finally lets me in but it takes a while to get to the server select screen. It wasn't doing that until I changed my password, but this could just be coincidence.
