FIRST Try this:
1) right click on the "ragnarok.exe" file in your gravity folder and click on "properties." Go to compatibility mode in the top right:
2) Select Run in Compatibility for Windows XP SP2
3) Select Run in 640x480 mode
4) Try to run the game and tell me if this helps at all. Then we can continue troubleshooting.
If that fails this is what I would suggest:
1) download the latest ATI drivers for your operating system: http://www.amd.com/u...MDHomePage.aspx
2) uninstall your graphics drivers from control panel
3) restart your pc
4) install the latest ATI drivers (make sure you run the setup as administrator)
5) Try luna and Ragnarok Online
If this fails, your graphics card may be defective but it is somewhat difficult to guess just based on what I've read.

hmmm, my brother tell me, this error is because my vista isn`t compatible with the ragnarok, so, what is the solution??

Pray that it's not a defective graphics card.
