I managed to make it to job 50 and after talking to the High Bishop, he warped me to Brother Peter but when I try to click him nothing happens. So I get stuck and have to log out. Is there a new way to change jobs or am I missing something here? Please help, thanks!

You have to wait one minute before he starts interacting. I think he actually states something about testing your patience after xP.
