As you can see, only the bag and the hat glow, the rest doesn't. It's a full (10) set.

Interesting, I wonder why...

Someone recently told me that it could be a graphics card issue. My graphics card is relatively new, though, so I doubt that. My Shore's Horn Spear(10) is about the same, it doesn't have any glow to it, nor has it increased much if at all in brightness. Also, my Bibi wings at certain camera angels stop glowing too. I wonder why these items are like this?...

It may be totally unrelated but have you used reroll hammers on the (now) non-glowing parts?

Nope.

What does a hammer have to do with glow? I'm kinda confuse ... No matter what item you have, on certain angle it will not glow.

I wonder if any of these lack of color enhancement complaints are even being looked at or considered for changing. I found a new item which does not glow. It's the lace parasol, part of the noble set. Nothing on it changes. I refined it to 10 hoping something would change but no...

I've noticed this too. There seems to be an issue with how the items glow effect is displayed on the screen. It needs some adjustments, but it's nothing at the top of the Dev's todo list I don't think. I'm sure it's on there somewhere though.
