I agree, never mind the fact I don't play Dragon Saga and I have nothing to do here, so I may or may not be wrong.

However isn't what he is asking for a pve guide, while you are giving him a pvp guide?

There's no difference in PvE and PvP in this game. While that guide is a PvP guide, it still shows the minimum skill build to use the class; which is enough to exceed at PvE. The destroyer only have a few skills which are used to deal damage.
