It's called inflation there chief. The supply is dwindling and the demand is still great. They have normal Battle Manual Boxes in the Kafra shop. You can always buy those. HE Battle Manuals only come from Box Events, which only happen every once in awhile.

I know that chief. but having HE BM are great for quest turn ins and stuff

i think putting them in kafra shops would be great.

i also would like to see 'job point converter manuals' available so when you become job 50/70 you can divert all those spare job points to base points. even better it would be nice to see it written into the game....

also with the third classes on the horizon it would give people at least a fighting chance to get to a third class.

3rd jobs comes with renewal. With renewal you'll likely hit 99/70 on a trans faster than Dragon Labs could ever do.
