Holy cross Dark Priests until 95 then Rapid Smite Magmarings until 99/70.

Pretty much what Boxinguru said, except if you have the chance watch the party finder. If you see a chance to get into a Nogg road (magma 2) party for your level, take it. You'll be a tank/puller I assume. But it's pretty fast in a camp party of 5-7 with wizards and 2 pullers.

I've leveled many paladins. I strongly suggest you use the free reset in Eden, get the following:
Spear Quicken level 10
Holy Cross level 10
80 STR
65 INT
65 DEX
35 AGI
Any leftover points into STR and INT. If you have kafra points, get 5-10 light blue potion boxes (If not, regular blue potions/strawberries, or just sit and regen SP.) Go to Niff level 1 and holy cross. Dark Priests would be good, except the spawn rate is pretty low for such a large map-- it's ideal about level 83-88. At level 90, you're in prime range for Niff (Except for dullahans, which you won't get full EXP from until 9.3)
Take a tele clip or flywings, and teleport all around niff1 and holy cross everything in sight with (this is important) a two-handed spear. Ahlspiess seems to work well, but any should do. Pris level 2 works very well, too.
But that's just my strong suggestion. What would you like to do? What's your current build? If you like to tank, someone mentioned finding a party at magma, and that's probably a good idea. It's around the same level range. If you're a Grand Cross build and want to stay that way, it's gotten ridiculously bad since renewal-- still, GH Prison level 2 or GH Churchyard with Dark Priests would be feasible.
Unlike pre-renewal, just about any map with monsters around your level is a fully feasible leveling map now, though, so if you don't like any of the other suggestions, head on over to db.irowiki.org and do a monster search for monsters between level 85 and 105. You get a little EXP bonus for killing monsters slightly higher leveled than you-- peak is 140% EXP at +10 levels.

Sure. Talk to the eden teleport officer (Near most kafras), walk forward and to the right a bit-- she's the "Mesmerist" NPC. Have to be 0 weight and drop your peco, though.

Agi build grinds my gears. It's annoyingly slow.
I 99'd my paladin post-renewal by Rapid Smiting Magmarings with a Cross Shield (which are cheap now).

Make sure you have a 2hand spear if you are at Dark Priests, makes it a lot easier to kill.

do the seal quest #2,
then use a reset stone,
and do the seal quest #2 again.
