Today i was about to sign up had to minutes left before the portal so i went to sign up and when i clicked the npc the quest wasnt there.Yes i checked for previous quests and i'm fg so i'm aware of the three questions so the 2 minutes passes and the portal opened and i missed it.Anybody else has a similar prob?

Sign up ends 2 minutes before a full hour. So if Union War starts at 1PM, you can sign up from 12:28PM till 12:58PM

Not true actually, sometimes I sign up literally 2 seconds before the portal opens
(Yes I know, what you said is what the GM said but I guess they fooled us!)
Like HellGuardian said, RC/FG UW signups seem to be full these days
