Would a pure Arrow Storm build be the way to level in PvM/Gramps TI? (sth. like 120 Dex, +100 Int, rest Vit?)

I know it won't be as strong as a Ranger's AS, but other than that I don't see any other way to level as SC if not going single target which isn't really an option +100.

It works ok until Mid TI, past that your damage wont be enough to tickle things on high. At higher lvls IB+BB is recommended, or Blaze Shield+Pwave(with Runaway Magic proc) or SR+Feint Bomb

What would be a good skill to Intimidate when going Arrow Storm?
Heal Lv 10? Aspersio? Etc.?

I'd go for heal as it saves you a ton of zenny OR you could go for Frost Nova then use the Elem Towel + Gust Bow etc. 

 

I know you're using AS but SR+FB like others suggested is the best (for me) IF  you have Temp Dex Boots with HE. Just cast SR, kite enemies for a bit, wait for hawkeye to proc then FB, it almost always kills whole mobs.

Aspersio is k to have if you gonna use a Orc Archer Bow, free holy element.
Frost Nova 10 is nice for survivability.

Heal 10 is not really good. The money you "save" on potions is very insignificant, if not end up spending more to heal ur sp, now being spent on more things than just AS. Also makes ur killing speed slower if u stop to heal everytime, and ur heal os weak. Killing slower is also a money loss as you could use that extra time to farm stuff.

Good point, well I forgot to mention in my post that I was using Heal paired with SR as it has more chance of absorbing HP/SP than AS. The Vanargand helm + Incu pet combo was more than enough to keep my SP full most of the time thus only leaving me to worry about HP lost during the damage I receive from tanking mobs (pre SR bug fix). And my heal amount was about 2k+ with about 100+ int(base) IIRC, pretty decent based on my standards.

 

This suggestion is based on the assumption that OP now has 120dex /100int as stated on his previous post.

is fql still the best weapon for auto spell shadow chaser or can I use a valkyrie dagger and be fine?

I dont plan to put more than 50 str on my chaser (so I dont know if earthquake would do significant damage) and I use low dex but high luck (100) with no double atrack lvled (if double attack is proced then crit cant be proced).

A dex-less, crit auto-spell SC:

 

More points allocated to Luk allowing the SC to have more atk/matk damage.

Hey guys, i just want to ask something.

 

So I'm 145 SC and why I always 'miss' for hitting Taffy (yeah the prison monster)? I don't have any problem with other monsters (so far, as I know). But always 'miss' hitting them no matter what.

I think a have a decent gear for today standard, like this:

+9 Lunar Rainbow

Mob Scarf + Sunglasses

+9 Flattery Robe [1]

+9 Valkryie Knife [Hill Wind, Pitman, Laurell, Red Ferus]

+9 Mad Bunny Special

+9 Temporal Agi Boots [AD4]

+9 HBP [Deviling]

Thives's Guide Vol 1 [1]

Chambered RWC [1] Spell 3/3

 

 

And here's my base status:

STR 30

AGI 100

VIT 90

INT 90

DEX 100

LUK 1

u have very little attack.

taffy has very high def and soft def. your physical attack actually only did less than 1 damage, it counts as miss.

I'm trying caster type  build and I think this build is underrated 

 

Copy ME is really good  for leveling when TI have a lot of Undeads / Demons      

 

w/ 2x Valk Drops  + Magician Knit hat + Abyss Dress    ME dmg is close enough to AB      especially on Undeads 

 

(I have gears from my WL and AB)

 

for non Undead / Demon   I just copied  WL (or Sorc)   skills with Reproduce  

 

and this is my gears for this build  (I wish if I can afford   4x True KK Valk Knife  for Crimson Rocks  that's will be powerful  )

Have you tried Temp boots with Runway Magic? ME is magic spell so it should Proc. Aside from Crimson Rock, Psy Wave is also a good choice.

 

What you're doing is actually another way of leveling up an Auto Spell SC (You have the option to pump up agi to 120) Or you can stick with the caster type and leave agi to 90 base only.

I don't have runaway magic   and I think it's not good for leveling  because it's will drain all of my SP quickly  

 

I'm finding  +9 slotted with Nightmare Verit  (or clean and I'll put card on it) 

 but  most  +9 slotted that's sell on market  always have Firelock soldier   I'm lazy to decard it  :<  

 

 

I think I'm planning to be  120 Int  120 Dex   90 Agi     

 

BTW I think this build  not only magic    I can leveling with bow too  , changed to  Seraphim + Double Emerald Rings  and good to go with AS or SR
